The story.
I loved drawing long before I knew the word “design,” and it led me to computer science. I still design with the build in mind.
My first design job was an internal sales tool at Firefly Pumps. Then I spent 16 months at tCognition as a UX engineer, turning designers’ screens into React, and I learned I wanted to be the one designing them.
That took me to a master’s in User Experience at Arizona State University. At the Learning Engineering Institute I designed for classrooms and research teams, a reading platform for 8-to-10-year-olds, an AI question generator for faculty and a writing analytics tool for researchers.
Today I own product design at DADO, a luxury gifting platform built by a 14-person team. I designed its launch products and its Figma design system, and because I work in React too, what I design is what ships.
